This high-impact role is responsible for financial performance, operational execution, and strategic growth. You’ll oversee planning, staffing, and resource management to deliver maintenance, retrofits, and new system installations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is an opportunity to shape the future of a growing division, lead a talented technical team, and drive customer satisfaction across large-scale refrigeration projects. What You’ll Do Lead divisional financial performance, strategic planning, and business growth Oversee operations, staffing, and resource allocation for optimal results Manage industrial refrigeration projects (maintenance, retrofits, new installs) ensuring delivery meets or exceeds client expectations Monitor budgets, control costs, and adjust strategies to ensure profitability Partner with sales and account managers to expand service contracts and develop new business Maintain compliance with IIAR, ASHRAE, EPA, and OSHA standards Drive quality control, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement programs Recruit, mentor, and develop a strong team of refrigeration technicians and support staff What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred) 10+ years in industrial refrigeration operations, maintenance, or service-based project sales with leadership experience (or 15+ years without degree) Strong technical knowledge of ammonia, CO₂, and cascade systems Proven track record of leading technical service teams in a fast-paced environment Strong business acumen in budgeting, contract growth, and client relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed Why Join Our Client?
