About the Role We are seeking a skilled
Toolmaker / Injection Moldmaker
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the
building, repairing, and maintaining of complex plastic injection molds , ensuring precision, quality, and reliability. If you enjoy working with precision machining, solving mechanical challenges, and delivering high-quality mold solutions, this is the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities Disassemble, repair, debug, and reassemble plastic injection molds. Operate tool room machinery including manual surface grinders and Bridgeport milling machines. Perform precision machining to
tolerances of .0002” . Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders. Use precision inspection equipment (dial indicators, micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, gauge blocks, shadowgraphs, etc.). Apply knowledge of mold components, mechanisms, and injection molding processes. Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and industrial equipment repair. CNC Milling and EDM knowledge is a plus.
What We’re Looking For Prior experience in
injection moldmaking / toolmaking
(required). Strong knowledge of machining and precision measurement. Hands-on experience with blueprint interpretation and tolerance stacking. Mechanical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Growth mindset and reliability to support high-quality production.
