In this key role, you'll support day-to-day warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safe and efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You’ll also assist with staffing, layout planning, safety compliance, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and wants to grow with a high-performing operation.
What You'll Do: Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities Supervise and motivate warehouse team members Lead cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory Ensure equipment, racking, and layout support safety and efficiency Handle timecard submissions, temp staffing coordination, and onboarding Support a clean, organized, OSHA-compliant warehouse
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and safety practices Forklift experienced and certified (or willing to renew) Proficient with warehouse systems and general computer skills Able to lead by example and drive results
