Job: EHS Trainer Payrate: $40-$45/hr. on W2 Location: Selma, NC Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Key Responsibilities Facilitate onboarding training sessions in classroom and hands-on settings. Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations to align with OSHA and company standards. Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate with department leaders to tailor programs. Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Required Qualifications OSHA 30 Authorized Trainer (Construction). 3–5 years of experience in classroom-based training and training content development. 1–2 years of hands-on training experience. Strong communication, presentation, and adaptability skills.
