Are you an experienced Superintendent looking for a rewarding opportunity to lead a school construction project from the ground up? This is your chance to join a reputable Florida-based General Contractor with a strong pipeline of K–12 and higher education projects across the region.

We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and safety-driven Superintendent to oversee a large-scale school project in Bartow, FL. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality facility on time and within budget, while ensuring a safe and productive job site.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for the school construction project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to keep the project on schedule.
• Enforce safety and quality standards at all times.
• Conduct daily site walks, progress meetings, and maintain detailed documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience, ideally on school, municipal, or institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams.
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
