EnSafe is currently accepting applications for an Environmental Project Manager Engineer/Geologist . Successful candidates will have 5-10 years of experience in the environmental consulting field to join our team working from either of our Florida offices (Pensacola, Jacksonville, or Tampa) .

EnSafe specializes in custom solutions in Environmental Management and Planning, Civil Design Engineering, Environmental Restoration, Natural & Water Resources, Health & Safety, and Technology, with offices operating within the U.The Environmental Project Manager we seek is a problem-solver and environmental strategist known for hands-on practical experience in investigations and assessments, ready to lead our teams. A project manager who enjoys working on various projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, and professional growth. Managing and overseeing project work associated with environmental investigations and remediation oversight under CERCLA, RCRA, and state-specific guidance.
Leading technical teams working across multiple offices throughout the country, problem-solving, preparing plans and specifications, and meeting with clients and subcontractors.
Communicating with clients, regulatory agencies, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Developing Work Plans and/or Sampling and Analysis Plans.
Conducting site investigation activities, including sampling of soil, groundwater, surface water, indoor air, vapor intrusion, soil gas, drinking water, and building materials.
Leading Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
Compiling and interpreting investigation data and writing technical reports.
Providing environmental compliance support to senior regulatory specialists, including data collection for permitting and/or registration, data analysis, regulatory compliance evaluation, and assessment.
Project sites may include Superfund sites, large and complex federal facilities, or military installations, and commercial or industrial properties.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering; 5-10 Years of relevant experience in the field of environmental assessment/remediation.
~ HAZWOPER training and certification.
~ Experience with federal projects and/or working with DoD/Navy projects is a plus.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft program products.
~ Ability to work well with dynamic project teams and mentor junior staff.
~ Ability to travel to support ongoing projects, including overnight stays (estimated 30% regional travel).
~ Focus on responsiveness, quality of product, and service to maintain EnSafe client relationships.
