Overview Reporting into the MineStar Implementation Manager, the Project Manager will join our Technology Department on a Full-Time basis at our Perth Airport Branch. This role is responsible for overseeing the deployment of advanced technology solutions for mining clients, focusing on complex, high-priority projects. This role manages the implementation from post-sale through completion, ensuring alignment with WesTrac’s standards by coordinating with internal teams, Caterpillar, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
Roster: Monday to Friday 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)
Responsibilities Project Design & Planning – Prepare technical specifications and documentation in line with WesTrac standards, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Technology Project Management – Lead technical workshops and define project solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement – Facilitate regular communication to monitor progress, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement approved process enhancements to improve project delivery.
Skills & Experience Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation to a high standard
Experience with application of various project management methodologies
Strong risk management skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
Experience leading project teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and relevant technology applications
Strong time management, ability to work independently and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
