Project Manager - Complex Cross-Functional Projects (2 Roles)

Position Overview
We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving project delivery from initiation through completion while managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment across diverse teams and departments.
Project Planning & Execution
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules with critical path analysis and dependency mapping
• Coordinate activities across multiple functional teams
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Stakeholder Management
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide executive-level reporting
• Manage competing priorities and resolve conflicts between departments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels

Risk & Dependency Management

Required Qualifications
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor's degree

Experience
