Project Manager, Integrated Project Management Overview Weber Shandwick is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Integrated Project Management teams in multiple locations. You’ll partner with cross-disciplinary colleagues to deliver campaigns for dynamic brands, manage medium to large-scale projects, oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and drive collaboration to ensure client satisfaction. This is a hybrid role tied to specific office locations. Boston Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Management: Lead the entire project lifecycle—from brief to delivery—for medium-sized and integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Manage project briefs with clarity on deliverables, timelines, and team requirements. Collaboration and Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, paid media, insights, analytics, and account management) to deliver solutions. Scope and Resource Management: Oversee and communicate SOWs, staff plans, and resource allocations; address scope creep and ensure talent alignment. Timelines and Risk Mitigation: Create and maintain timelines, escalate risks as needed, and implement solutions to stay on track without compromising quality or budgets. Financial Management: Manage account financials, including SOW development, burn rate tracking, budget reconciliation, and stakeholder updates. Team Support and Development: Mentor junior team members and interns and foster a collaborative culture. Qualifications: 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency or integrated marketing environment. Proven ability to lead medium-scale integrated campaigns with multidisciplinary teams. Strong financial acumen and experience managing SOWs, burn reports, staffing plans, and resource allocation. Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects. Experience with creative production, video, digital, social media, and analytics deliverables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across disciplines and seniority levels. Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com). Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business). Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with creative, strategy, account management, and other internal teams to drive best-in-class solutions and mitigate risk. Scope and Resource Management: Manage SOWs, staff plans, and resource allocations; prevent scope creep and ensure appropriate talent alignment. Timelines and Risk Mitigation: Maintain timelines, escalate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Financial Management: Manage SOWs, burn reports, budgeting, and stakeholder updates. Team Support and Development: Lead day-to-day milestones and mentor internal team members. Qualifications: 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting. Strong financial management skills, including scoping, burn reports, and resource allocation. Experience managing varied deliverables (creative, social, digital, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and time management. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
