Role Overview

As a UX Designer , you will support projects of moderate to high complexity, designing user interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production for new and existing products. The focus is on enhancing customer, dealer, and internal user interfaces for improved usability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver moderately complex portals and websites in line with quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Develop website maps, application models, and page templates aligned with user needs and project goals.
• Support digital channel management through competitive benchmarking, A/B testing, and cross-functional feedback.
• Research and analyze trends, data, and benchmarks relevant to digital product design.
• Implement customer experience initiatives, testing, and process improvements.
• Identify gaps in existing systems/processes and propose changes via established change management programs.
• Collect, analyze, and report data independently.
• Provide insights on user segments, trends, and expectations to improve product design.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience, including mobile apps and complex interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and rapid prototyping.
• Strong understanding of holistic design thinking and usability principles.
• Ability to integrate branding and design system components into experiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Translate customer needs into design and communicate effectively with technical teams.

Preferred / Standout Skills

• Diverse portfolio of UI work with clickable prototypes.
• Strong command of Figma or equivalent tools.
• Ability to justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of visual brand guidelines and style guides.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Continuous UX learning and relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with accessibility design , HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React .

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, HCI, Usability, Graphic Arts, Digital Design, Industrial Design, Marketing, Human Factors , or related discipline.
