About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Eastern Standard Time (EST) Scrum Meetings
- Hours: 3-6 month contract with possible extension
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather and clarify strategic goals.
- Conducting interviews and workshops to define project scope.
- Collaborating on product roadmap development and clarifying requirements.
- Participating in backlog grooming and Agile Scrum ceremonies.
- Researching and evaluating third-party vendors and APIs.
- Documenting business processes and user stories with precision.
- 2-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with user stories and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex concepts into clear requirements.
- Experience with API evaluation.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with Jira or Confluence.
- Solid communication skills.
