Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with a client in Stamford, CT. The candidate will support data mapping and process integration while resolving WCPOLS production issues using AS400 commands and SQL.
Rate Range: $40/hour to 41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis.
- Perform data mapping and process integration to support system enhancements and operational efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, particularly within WCPOLS systems, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Utilize AS400 commands, SQL, and Microsoft Office tools to support reporting and analysis tasks.
- Follow Waterfall methodology to manage project phases and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in production support and process integration.
- Proficiency in AS400 commands, SQL, and Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in resolving WCPOLS production issues and working within Waterfall methodology frameworks.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $41.00 per hour
