Position

Window Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete window cleaning routes—typically within one local area.
• Clean residential windows and commercial projects (e.g., office buildings).
• Wash awnings and perform pressure washing of sidewalks and building facades.
• Provide estimates for potential jobs when needed.
• Handle payments, issue change, and accurately complete work orders.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctual and dependable for consistent morning start times
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors
• Comfortable climbing ladders (though most jobs use ground-based poles)
• Reliable automobile transportation with valid liability insurance
• Ability to read maps and follow route directions

Schedule

Work generally begins in the early morning before most businesses open and finishes by mid-afternoon. Approximate hours range 7:00am - 3:00pm
