What a Supply Chain Manager will do: Lead and develop the supply chain team, including Planners, Buyers, and S&R Supervisors Build and execute supply chain strategies in alignment with corporate and operational goals Manage end-to-end supply chain performance, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time Analyze and optimize processes, addressing constraints, resolving part outages, and mitigating risks Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, value, obsolescence, and cost control Monitor supplier performance, address gaps, and collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Operations on new product launches and ECOs Direct production planning processes and align supply with demand through SIOP participation Foster collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to support strategic, quality, and safety objectives

What you need to be a Supply Chain Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations, with exposure to at least two supply chain functions Proven leadership experience managing direct and indirect teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory systems Ability to work independently, make timely decisions, and adapt in dynamic environments Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders or stairs, and perform occasional bending or kneeling
