Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Superintendent located in Orlando, FL. The General Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining project documentation. The General Superintendent will also be responsible for conducting site inspections, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.
Qualifications Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanical Piping Strong understanding of construction processes and project management Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Excellent leadership and team management skills Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Proficient in using project management software and tools Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in pre-construction planning and estimation is a plus 10+ years of Field experience is preferred
