Project Manager
to support R&D initiatives across our
Medical Device business , including Infusion, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Pain Management. This role involves managing product development projects in a regulated environment, collaborating across cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain. Responsibilities: Plan and lead R&D projects from concept to launch Define scope, schedules, resource needs, and deliverables Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites Ensure compliance with
FDA regulations and design control Lead regular updates with stakeholders including Directors and VPs Monitor risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required 3–5 years of
project management experience
in a
medical device or regulated industry Hands-on experience with
product development ,
verification & validation (V&V) , and
regulatory compliance Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, etc.) Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
