Summary Our client is seeking an experienced
General Manager
to lead its growing
Building Services
operation. This role drives
safety culture, operational excellence, and financial performance
while leading high-performing teams across
HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services . The General Manager will inspire teams, ensure
exceptional service delivery , build strong customer relationships, and manage resources, assets, and compliance.
The ideal candidate has proven leadership in
building systems operations,
a track record of growing contracts, developing talent, and achieving results in a
service-focused environment . A proven history of service leadership with a blend of operations and sales experience is desired.

Key Responsibilities Lead with a

Talent Acquisition . Oversee structured

customer satisfaction, service renewals, and contract growth . Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure financial consistency. Lead
business planning, budgeting, and capital expenditure strategies . Monitor and optimize
financial performance, labor costs, and resource utilization . Manage project execution to exceed estimates and customer expectations. Ensure
quality control, process improvement, and compliance with industry standards .
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
(preferred) or related field. 10+ years of leadership in
building services operations, maintenance management, or service project sales ; OR 15+ years without a degree. In-depth expertise in
HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems , lifecycle cost management, and performance optimization. Strong knowledge of compliance standards (OSHA, NFPA, ASHRAE). Advanced skills in
budgeting, service delivery models, and facility management . Exceptional leadership, communication, and talent management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
