What You'll Do: Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Lead sourcing strategies for key food ingredient categories Negotiate contracts and build long-term supplier partnerships Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to inform decisions Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with R&D, Quality, and Operations to support product development Align procurement goals with business objectives and innovation pipelines Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards Performance & Cost Optimization Drive cost savings through value engineering and supplier consolidation Implement KPIs and supplier scorecards to track performance Manage risk and ensure continuity of supply across global markets What You Bring: 10+ years in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, with 5+ in food ingredients Proven leadership in cross-functional environments Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier development skills Deep understanding of food ingredient markets and regulatory frameworks Experience with ERP systems and procurement analytics tools Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Travel: 20-25% This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across the organization.
