We are seeking a seasoned Global Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll activities across a broad international footprint. This role is crucial in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, while also meeting diverse compliance standards across multiple countries. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in international payroll, regulatory requirements, and vendor management, as well as the ability to improve systems and processes for a growing global workforce.

Responsibilities International Payroll Management Handle full-cycle payroll for employees in 13+ countries. Monitor and apply local tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. Partner with in-country providers to maintain precise payroll data. Review audits and reconciliations to confirm compliance and accuracy. Train colleagues on international payroll operations. Collaboration & Vendor Oversight Serve as the bridge between HR, Finance, and Accounting teams on payroll matters. Oversee external payroll partners, evaluating service quality and cost effectiveness. Work with tax and legal experts to adapt to evolving international payroll regulations. Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement Recommend and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities. Create regular payroll reporting packages for finance and leadership stakeholders. Lead initiatives tied to payroll system upgrades and HRIS/accounting integrations. Employee & Internal Support Act as a resource for international staff with payroll-related questions. Resolve issues quickly, including tax, deduction, or benefits-related concerns. Guide HR teams through global payroll best practices and processes.

Qualifications Over 10 years of progressive payroll experience, with extensive global exposure. Solid knowledge of international tax laws, payroll compliance, and statutory obligations. At least 5 years of advanced Workday experience, including configuration, reporting, time tracking, and integrations. Proven background in managing vendor partnerships across multiple regions. Hands-on experience with Workday and Deel. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate multiple payroll cycles with accuracy and attention to detail. Clear communicator who thrives in a cross-cultural, multinational environment.

Preferred Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
