We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Procurement Manager to lead procurement initiatives with a strong focus on Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) management, strategic sourcing of special packs and displays, and end-to-end supply chain design. The role will be critical in identifying, designing, implementing, and maintaining new supply chain networks that are cost-effective, innovative, and resilient, while ensuring procurement strategies align with broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement activities across CMOs, including vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for special packs, promotional displays, and secondary packaging to drive value, innovation, and speed-to-market. Identify opportunities to redesign or establish new supply chains, ensuring optimal balance of cost, service, flexibility, and resilience. Design and implement supply chain networks that integrate sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution strategies across regions and categories. Maintain and continuously improve supply chain designs through scenario modeling, cost-to-serve analysis, and ongoing performance tracking. Drive and manage cost savings initiatives and margin enhancement programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, cost, and service levels. Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, R&D, operations, and marketing to align procurement and network strategies with business needs. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks in sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics partnerships. Analyze market trends, cost drivers, supply base dynamics, and
network optimization scenarios
to inform sourcing and supply chain strategies. Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain design. Manage and mentor procurement staff as needed, ensuring alignment to organizational goals. Qualifications: 7–10 years of procurement experience with a strong background in packaging, contract manufacturing (CMO), strategic sourcing and supply chain design / optimization. Proven track record in supplier relationship management, cost savings delivery and developing new supply chain networks / redesigning existing ones. Experience in sourcing packaging materials, displays, or promotional packs preferred. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in data analysis, cost modeling, and procurement analytics tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills. Bachelor’s degree required; education in Supply Chain Management or Packaging Engineering preferred but not required.
