Key Responsibilities: Manage
contracts and subcontracts
throughout the project lifecycle Oversee
scheduling , procurement, and delivery of materials and equipment Review and coordinate
shop drawings
and
submittals Monitor and update
project budgets , costs, and progress reports Approve vendor and subcontractor
payment applications Lead and document
project coordination meetings Coordinate
field installations
with subcontractors Review and negotiate
change orders
and pricing Evaluate and recommend
construction methods and timelines Resolve project-related
issues and conflicts Ensure
quality control
and manage
project closeout Qualifications: Minimum
5 years of experience
in
commercial HVAC project management Strong knowledge of
Hydronic Systems
and their functionality Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with
Bluebeam
and
Navisworks
is a plus Must hold a
valid driver’s license
and have
reliable transportation
