Manufacturing Engineer ! This is a

direct hire role

What You’ll Do Drive improvements in CNC machining & tooling processes Quote cycle times from CAD/prints Train & coach operators for success Program, setup & optimize CNC mills and lathes Recommend tools, equipment & workflow improvements Collaborate with Quality to ensure top standards What We’re Looking For 5–10 yrs CNC machining experience (lathes & mills) CNC programming expertise (CAD/CAM + shop-floor edits) Strong leadership & problem-solving skills Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, GD&T, SPC Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent exp.)
