Key Responsibilities include: Lead all materials, planning, and logistics functions for a new manufacturing site, building the processes, systems, and infrastructure needed for a successful start-up. Oversee inbound and outbound material flow, warehousing, and inventory accuracy to ensure timely delivery and support production schedules.

Develop and maintain production plans aligned with forecasts, capacity, and material availability, while adjusting to changing conditions. Manage inventory performance, implement controls to minimize excess stock, and drive cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives using lean principles.

Build and lead a high-performing team of planners, schedulers, and logistics staff. Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and take corrective actions to ensure strong supply chain performance, cost control, and service levels.

Required Education & Qualifications include: Proven success in leading MP&L functions in a plant start-up or high-growth environment. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and production planning tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 80/20 principles, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Minimum 5 years of experience in MP&L within manufacturing (industrial equipment preferred). 3 years as an MP&L Manager, Materials Manager, or equivalent leadership experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. APICS CPIM, CSCP, or other supply chain certification strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
