The Opportunity
A Fortune 500 telecommunications company seeks a
Contract Analyst
for a temporary position expected to last six months, possibly longer in Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX, with a Hybrid schedule: Monday and Friday are WFH days; Tuesday through Thursday are in office. The hourly rate is $22-$27, plus benefits.

Primary Duties The
Contract Analyst
will have prior experience using
Coupa
to support a temporary project focused on contract data management. This role involves uploading and maintaining supplier contract data in a contract repository system, ensuring compliance with internal standards and supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives. Additional duties include the following: Upload supplier contracts and related metadata into the contract repository Update records for amendments, renewals, and terminations Ensure data consistency and alignment with internal standards Generate reports and assist in streamlining contract data processes Maintain compliance with contract administration procedures
Requirements 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement operations, or data management Coupa experience required Effective written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with contract management systems or ERP tools preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
