Trueline’s client, one of Canada’s foremost developers of luxury condominium residences, is seeking a

Site Superintendent

in

Bellevue, WA.

This multifaceted role oversees a six story, 101 unit concrete build with two underground parking levels. It’s a unique opportunity to lead a premier multi phase residential development from ground up.

What You’ll Do as the Site Superintendent: Oversee, schedule, and coordinate all onsite trades, materials, manpower, inspections, and equipment Ensure construction aligns with plans, specifications, safety standards, and budget; manage cost reporting and documentation Identify and troubleshoot schedule or site challenges proactively; escalate and resolve in collaboration with the Project Manager Communicate effectively with internal teams, owners, consultants, and architects—articulating concerns and company priorities professionally Must Haves as the Site Superintendent: Construction related diploma or degree and 5–7 years of new construction experience in MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL. Proficiency in scheduling, project management and contract software Strong problem solving and team based decision making skills Solid grasp of labor, materials, and equipment estimating (take offs) Familiarity with coordinating multiple construction scopes and trades using look ahead schedules (e.g., 3 week) Valid work authorization in the U.S. Willingness and ability to relocate to Bellevue, WA before starting Nice to Haves as the Site Superintendent: U.S. new construction experience First Aid certification or actively pursuing it Proficiency with MS Office Suite and internal operational systems Our Client Offers: Competitive salary range Standard benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k)) In person, full time leadership role in a high profile, multi phase residential project in Bellevue, WA Trueline and its clients are unabashed equal opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
