Business-level Mandarin Speaker - Client Solution Groups Manager We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, solving challenges quickly, and ensuring the delivery of tailored logistics and e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of issues. Solve client problems in a timely and effective manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Partner with operations, customs, sales, and technology teams to deliver customized solutions for each client. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met. Provide proactive status updates, performance reports, and recommendations to clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and reliability. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client accounts, ensuring continued success and retention. Support the onboarding of new clients, guiding them through our processes and tools for a seamless start.
Qualifications & Requirements Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China, so fluency in Mandarin is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a high-pressure environment. Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with logistics platforms, CRM tools, or related software is a plus.
