Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Inventory Manager to lead and optimize our inventory operations across retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and international channels. This is a critical role as Spinelli Kilcollin continues to scale globally.
The Senior Inventory Manager will not only manage core forecasting, allocation, and reporting but will also play a key role in the onboarding and optimization of our new ERP system. Experience managing international inventory flows and overseeing consignment and memo tracking will be essential, as these are integral to our wholesale and luxury retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation & Optimization Serve as the operations lead for ERP onboarding, ensuring data accuracy and seamless inventory integration across departments. Establish new workflows and reporting structures in partnership with the systems team.
Inventory Planning & Forecasting Develop demand forecasts and inventory strategies across DTC, wholesale, consignment, and international channels. Partner with production and sales to align inventory plans with seasonal launches and growth targets. Forecast replenishment quantities for core and best-selling styles, and place stock orders accordingly to maintain optimal inventory levels. Analyze style-level performance to make data-driven stock orders across all locations. International Inventory Management Manage inbound and outbound flows across global partners and distribution points. Ensure compliance with international shipping, customs, and documentation requirements.
Consignment & Memo Tracking Oversee consignment and memo inventory processes, ensuring accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting. Partner with wholesale to manage rotations, returns, and replenishments.
Inventory Health & Reporting Improve inventory turns and reduce aged stock through data-driven decisions. Deliver weekly/monthly reporting on stock levels, sell-through, and channel performance.
Cross-functional Partnership Collaborate with wholesale, finance, production, and operations to align inventory strategies with revenue and margin goals. Support wholesale partner needs by ensuring timely and accurate stock availability.
Process Improvement Implement cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation best practices. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and operational processes.
Qualifications: 5–8 years of inventory management experience in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or consumer goods. Hands-on ERP implementation experience (NetSuite a plus). Background in international inventory management, including compliance and logistics. Strong knowledge of consignment and memo processes within wholesale/luxury environments. Proven track record of improving inventory health, increasing turns, and reducing aged stock. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; ERP/WMS reporting experience required. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Compensation: Salary range is $110,000-$115,000, commensurate with experience
