Rigid Axle is hiring: Lead Warehouse Associate in Las Vegas

Overview

Rigid Axle is a small, family owned business specializing in e-commerce automotive parts distribution. Rigid Axle's Lead Warehouse Associate will be responsible for executing warehouse operations. These operations include inbound and outbound shipping, inventory, quality control, and operating our packaging equipment. We are looking for a strong leader that can run all warehouse operations with high efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate with minimal supervision
• Fulfill and pack outbound FedEx packages
• Count, track and manage inventory
• Receive inbound shipments
• Inspect customer returns
• Inspect warehouse to keep a clean and safe work environment
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of warehouse management experience
• Proficient using a computer and inventory management software (Teapplix preferred)
• Trained in operating a forklift

Wages

• $45,000 - $50,000
• Paid Hourly
• 80 hours of PTO per year
• Paid Holidays

• 6:00am - 2:30pm
