Overview

We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant I to provide essential administrative support to our teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a remote environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Managing and organizing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating virtual events across time zones.
  • Handling routine correspondence, including drafting emails, preparing documents, and proofreading communications.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoice processing.
  • Supporting project coordination by tracking tasks, updating documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining digital filing systems, shared drives, and internal records for easy access and accuracy.
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients when needed.
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and supporting ad-hoc requests.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–2 years in an administrative or office support role (internships or part-time roles count).
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and cloud-based tools like SharePoint or Google Workspace.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with a knack for clarity and professionalism.
  • Organization: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaboration: A team player who can build relationships remotely and work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • Discretion: High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
