Overview

Retail Merchandise Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc. (Marshalls). The role involves delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Potentially cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle change according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and procedures
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness on the sales floor and store
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation
