Alta Bella Casa, Inc. in Rochester, NY is hiring a full-time Laborer - Construction Worker. Join a boutique construction company known for high-end residential projects across Western and Central NY.

Responsibilities

• Report to central location and travel to job sites across Western and Central NY
• Organize tools, load trailers, maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Support crew to ensure projects meet plans, specs, and client expectations
• Communicate professionally with clients; store and protect materials; document progress with photos and notes
• Assist with general construction tasks including site setup and finishes as needed

What’s Required

• 1 year of trade experience on a construction site
• Experience in rough/finish carpentry, excavation/site work, towing/trailering, rough/finish plumbing, electrical, masonry, saw cutting, general remodeling, or general construction
• Availability Monday through Friday
• Physical ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
