$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Experienced Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger in accordance with US GAAP.
• Reconcile monthly accounts and maintain detailed schedules.
• Review and process expense reports; verify vendor payments and 1099 details.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial statement preparation.
• Assist with tax filings, including schedules and annual Form 1099s.
• Coordinate year-end audit and draft financial statements.
• Recommend improvements to financial policies and accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and accounting standards.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (public accounting/Big 4 a plus).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of US GAAP and relevant regulations.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
