Position Summary :

A Signal Dedicated Guard will conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas to ensure all access points are properly secured and to protect property and residents. This role requires high attentiveness to details and safety. All duties listed below are minimum requirements; additional duties are specified in the site’s Post Orders.

  • Team Development : Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and management; relaying feedback and following up as needed. Can you work cohesively with a team to achieve objectives?
  • Project Management : Understanding and executing daily tasks efficiently, including communicating maintenance needs of company assets.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct and deliver services aligned with company values, expectations, and site-specific instructions/post orders.
  • Write detailed and accurate reports using company technology and software during each shift, in accordance with site instructions.
  • Arrive on time for shifts, clock in/out, follow dress code and appearance standards.
  • Interact with internal and external customers, fostering a customer service relationship to provide peace of mind.
  • Communicate promptly with the Advanced Dedicated Guard or Branch Supervisor about customer or property concerns.
  • Care for assigned equipment such as radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices.
  • Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
  • Manage daily activities to meet benchmarks and expectations set by the Branch Supervisor.
  • Communicate with the Branch Supervisor to receive and share information, ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements :

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Reliable transportation
  • Complete training modules within the first month
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate commitment to service, organization values, and professionalism at all times
  • Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
