• Set schedule: FULL TIME AND PART TIME AVAILABLE. HOURS MAY VARY. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY, MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS AND OVERNIGHTS
• Competitive hourly wage of $21.50 / hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Response Security Guard

• Must have a valid IL PERC
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem solving and responsiveness
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
