This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. This role is for those who enjoy being on the open road and serving customers outside of the office/store. What you'll be doing

• Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory
• Maintaining safety focus while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Building long-term relationships with customers
• Maintaining the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What you'll need

• Agility to reach floor-level shelves and upper shelves (up to eight feet) with stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk for the shift; ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to handle cash transactions correctly and manage returns
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries/pickups
• Inspecting and protecting company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver's License

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $14.81. Many hourly positions have pay progression; the top end of the range is typically reached within 12 months of hire. Starting rates for other positions are based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
