RFA (Richard Fleischman & Associates, Inc.) has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager at our office in NYC. This role is highly visible to all levels of Senior Management, reporting to the CRO, and offers the chance to join a rapidly growing, global IT services provider specializing in the investment management sector. The Marketing Manager must display a high level of professionalism and sound judgment at all times, promoting superior service to RFA clients and driving strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with RFA’s business objectives and growth targets.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Drive the company’s presence and engagement on social media outlets (Twitter, X, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract targeted audiences, promote company events, and announce job openings.
  • Manage the creation and analysis of marketing reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint for business presentations to company executives and stakeholders.
  • Strategically plan and coordinate upcoming company events, webinars, and conferences for existing and prospective clients.
  • Represent RFA at industry networking events, fostering relationships with professionals and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of marketing data within CRM and ITSM tools, leveraging data for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant articles to inform content creation for company newsletters, blogs, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage and update the Marketing intranet and pitch decks, ensuring all materials are current, accurate, and on-brand.
  • Develop and implement a robust content strategy for social media and the company website, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Proactively generate innovative and “out-of-the-box” marketing ideas to enhance RFA’s brand visibility and market position.
  • Maintain and optimize the marketing database, ensuring data quality through regular updates and cross-checks.
  • Track and analyze marketing efforts and monitor results using CRM, MS Excel, and marketing dashboards, providing actionable insights.
  • Develop and assist in creating compelling sales materials, presentations, and collateral to support the sales team.
  • Oversee the development and writing of documentation, research papers, and articles related to industry trends and RFA’s expertise.
  • Ensure all marketing press releases, internal communications, and client-facing materials are grammatically correct, professional, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Adapt to evolving marketing needs and take on new responsibilities as required by the CRO or based on project demands.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management, including C-level executives and department managers, for marketing updates, strategic planning, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Manage calendar invites and logistics for marketing-related events and meetings.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency while acting in a professional, calm manner to manage appropriate/realistic expectations to ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Leverage critical thinking skills to evaluate all possible solutions and use appropriate judgment to apply most effective resolutions.
  • Lead and oversee marketing research, competitive analysis, and the execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or an equivalent level of hands-on experience. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity, preferably within the IT services or financial technology sector.
  • Proven experience in design work using PowerPoint and other creative mediums.
  • Extensive experience working with and managing social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, X, and LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of social media analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge and working experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficient in working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Email Marketing platforms.
  • A self-starter with strong project management skills, capable of independently leading and executing complex marketing initiatives.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism, sound judgment, and strategic thinking.
