This role will liaise across cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns for commerce initiatives and marketplace product releases are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, a great communicator, and culturally tuned-in, with experience in project management and supporting marketing initiatives. This role sits at the center of Complex’s commerce marketing engine, gaining experience across social, editorial, creative, and merchandising teams, and balancing cultural creativity with operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Project manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including briefing and aligning key stakeholders, creative teams, and channel leads to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Lead day-to-day planning and execution of integrated marketing programs and marketplace product release campaigns.
  • Filter and prioritize incoming marketing requests across the commerce business in collaboration with merchandising teams and the marketing project manager.
  • Collaborate with social and editorial social leads to ensure commerce drops are supported by relevant content verticals.
  • Work with marketing channel leads to develop 360° integrated marketing plans.
  • Support backend logistics for campaign rollouts, including product linking, CTAs, asset tracking, copy QA, and aligning external partners on marketing materials.
  • Manage partner-facing presentations for stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain and update the commerce marketing calendar, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams.
  • Follow up with account managers and stakeholders to close information gaps to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Brief creative teams on incoming projects and campaign deliverables.
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure a consistent brand aesthetic and quality across all campaigns; help maintain repeatable, template systems for campaign workflows to improve efficiency.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in project and campaign management or digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, fashion, streetwear, music, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator — comfortable working across social, creative, editorial, press, and merchandising teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage campaign logistics, assets, and workflows from end to end.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, paid, press) and how they contribute to integrated 360° campaigns.
  • Culturally curious with a pulse on streetwear, sneakers, sports, music, and entertainment.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Airtable, and Google Suite (or similar).
