What You’ll Do as a Digital Marketing Manager

  • Lead and Inspire: Drive marketing strategy across web, social, email, and paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, and other emerging media channels). Create and execute integrated campaigns that grow awareness, drive traffic (online and onsite), and strengthen loyalty. Oversee an in‑house team of copywriters, graphic designers, and web developers to produce engaging content and creative assets. Partner on website development projects, from UX/UI updates to CMS management and optimization. Analyze, track, report, and optimize campaign data, website analytics, and paid media initiatives, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
  • Blend Traditional and Digital: Drive multi‑channel marketing campaigns from research and go‑to‑market strategy to digital execution across industries with global reach. Collaborate with creative, content, social, and paid media teams to develop innovative digital marketing solutions that help clients hit their goals. Drive SEO/SEM initiatives and manage PPC budgets for measurable ROI. Manage and track targeted digital ad campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
  • Project and Account Management: Ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. Use project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc. Manage budgets and keep multiple clients and internal teams aligned and ahead of fast‑moving projects. Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and develop weekly status updates with marketing and project management teams.
  • Communicate and Collaborate: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with their marketing teams and internal digital marketing team to create and execute complex campaigns. Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging tools to keep client strategies fresh and effective. Partner with operations, events, and leadership to align marketing with business goals and upcoming events. Monitor digital and social KPIs weekly and provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Review and approve deliverables to ensure messaging is fresh, on‑brand, and audience‑focused.
