Our client, an innovative tech company in Century City, is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to play a key role in their growing organization. The role emphasizes expertise in talent acquisition and requires payroll experience. This individual will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance both day-to-day people operations and long-term cultural development. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll administration, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, with the ability to partner closely with leadership on strategic workforce planning.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle payroll with accuracy and compliance
• Lead recruitment efforts from sourcing to onboarding top talent
• Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic counsel on talent and organizational planning
• Support employee engagement and compliance initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and employment laws
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate management
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable leveraging AI and digital tools
