Barista responsibilities

• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g., preferences of coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios)
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Serve beverages
• Receive and process payments
• Keep the barista area clean
• Maintain stock
• Check if the brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume setting

This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to providing great service and is seeking to become a member of a hard-working and fun team

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift 10-20 lbs if necessary
• Safely and effectively use all the required tools and equipment
• Stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant

Compensation details
