Responsibilities

• Make all drinks and orders to organization standards following recipes
• Provide excellent customer service through accurate and efficient transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies and procedures
• Provide quality coffee beverages consistently by following recipe and presentation standards; follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Complete pre, running, and post‑shift side‑work duties
• Ability to multi‑task with the needs of the business and anticipate customer needs
• Receive deliveries, unload and organize stockroom; restock condiments, sundries, food and beverage items
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
• Present a pleasant and attentive attitude at all times
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Acknowledge guest satisfaction and respond as needed to resolve issues
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Be willing to jump in where needed to deliver top service levels
• Balance house bank at the end of the shift

Qualifications

• Love or passion for the coffee environment
• Barista service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a highly active service setting
• Pleasant, engaging and welcoming personality
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work day and weekends

Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $18.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
