Barista (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: Chai Tapree, Eastpoint Mall, Singapore

Salary: $10–12/hr (part-time) | $1000-$2000 per month (full-time, depending on experience)

Chai Tapree is Singapore’s first chai-focused café, bringing authentic Indian chais together with specialty café culture. We’re looking for baristas who can confidently handle coffee equipment and deliver a warm, consistent customer experience. We are located at Eastpoint Mall, Simei

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot/iced chai, coffee, and café beverages.
• Operate espresso machine (basic coffee knowledge required).
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (SFA).
• Assist with café operations (cashiering, light food plating, stock prep).

Requirements

• Barista / café experience required — must know how to use an espresso machine.
• Interest in chai, coffee, and café culture.
• Positive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit to weekends / peak hours.
• WSQ Food Hygiene cert required
• Must be able to travel to Simei
