Delaware North Travel is hiring full-time and part-time Starbucks Baristas to join our team at Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, Georgia.

As a Starbucks Barista, you will deliver excellent guest service through mastery of coffee knowledge and recipes, educating team members and customers, and making beverages to brand specifications.

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. Pay

$17.75 – $18.25 / hour

What will you do?

  • Inform guests about additional items and use suggestive selling techniques.
  • Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in the opening or closing of the location.
  • Perform clean-up duties, including cleaning equipment.
  • Record all transactions via the point of sale system; maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at the end of the shift.
  • Collect money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine correct change for guests.

More about you

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Previous Barista experience preferred.

Physical requirements

  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of the shift.
  • Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
