Required Skills

• Requires a Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline
• 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst in Software Engineering / Information Technology or related area
• Skilled in engaging with customers and empathizing with their needs, consistently placing their wants and requirements at the core of product development; Adept at leveraging information to create tailored guest solutions
• Proficient in utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to ensure product health, reliability, availability, and maintainability
• Experienced with methodologies, tools, and techniques for managing software products throughout all stages of the product lifecycle
• Well-versed in the business aspects and operations of software products, including understanding the install base, current usage, future plans, and overall product vision
• Adept at assisting customers with the installation, integration, and operationalization of software products or systems
• Possesses industry-specific knowledge and experience within the Travel and Hospitality sector
• Familiar with software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile and other iterative approaches
