Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in product analytics and experimentation to support data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, along with experience in JIRA setup and support. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, improve customer journeys, and support agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define product KPIs (funnel conversion, churn, adoption, retention).

• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate product changes and measure impact.

• Create and maintain metrics dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

• Perform customer journey mapping and persona analysis to uncover insights that improve adoption and retention.

• Set up and provide basic JIRA support for product/project teams.

• Act as an Agility Lead, promoting agile practices and supporting delivery processes.

• Contribute to basic project management tasks such as tracking, prioritization, and reporting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights effectively and influence decisions.

• Apply strong problem-solving and organizational skills to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to product-focused analytics.

• Strong experience in metrics reporting, dashboards, and data storytelling.

• Hands-on knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and analytics tools.

• Experience with JIRA setup, workflows, and administration.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work as an Agility Lead.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Knowledge of UX research or customer feedback tools.

• Certification in Agile/Scrum or Product Analytics.
