Overview

BA at DAS in the SOCC. One of our clients is looking for the position of Business Analyst based on the following skills: Hybrid Schedule – will be set as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for high priority support issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for one or more custom applications.
• Liaise with the technical team and provide analyses for management review while ensuring quality standards are followed.
• Perform diagnostics, collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, and recommend changes.
• Monitor the team’s open backlog of support issues and re-assign issues as necessary to ensure they are closed per agreed service levels.
• Manage expectations at all levels: customers/end users, stakeholders and program leadership.
• Develop system usage materials, reports and guidelines on system use and services.

• Experience Level: Intermediate Level.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
