Overview

Under the general direction of the Call Center Coordinator KC or appropriate Practice Administrator/Manager, provides telephone support to the clinics by answering patient calls; accesses the Epic system; creates in basket messages; and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Provides telephone support to clinics by answering patient calls; accesses the Epic system; creates in basket messages; and performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years Customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Clerical, medical, and call center/phone work experience.
