Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including operation of the scrubber and buffer.
• Ensure organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards are met across the store, sales floor, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms.
• Follow all health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in the lounge, restrooms, and front end.
• Cross-train in other store areas such as backroom, front end, etc.
• Support and respond to front-end coverage needs.
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards.
• Participate in store recovery activities as needed.
• Follow operational and loss prevention controls, including shrink reduction.
• Communicate effectively with management and associates.
• Comply with labor laws and policies, including break and meal periods.
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
