• Description: Summary: CHI St. Alexius is looking for locum IR coverage. Client needs IR general stroke capabilities are preferred but not required. The coverage is an 8 hour day generally anywhere between 8a-4p with evening call 4p-8a and 24 hour call on the weekends. Rates for SubmissionMalpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 575 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call Daily 5300 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 7950 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisDAILY - 5750HOLIDAY DAILY - 8625Call Back 575 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. Stroke capability would be secondary but must be able to perform the list of general IR procedures first.Will the provider need to be willing to read diagnostics in between IR cases?
