A Free-Standing Cancer Center in Greenville, SC is seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to join their team. Due to the immediate need, locum tenens candidates are sought but the facility is ultimately interested in hiring on a permanent provider. Those with an interest in ultimately taking on a permanent position will be prioritized.
The St. Francis Cancer Center is located on the St. Francis Millennium campus. It offers chemotherapy, radiation treatment, lab, and physician offices all in one convenient location. In addition, it has a boutique, a retail pharmacy, a cafe, an education room and community meeting room.
They are known for having the unique ability to combine touch with technology. Cancer care has been elevated to new levels, offering patients prevention and detection, the latest treatment options available, and access to clinical trials
- Dates of Coverage: November 1, 2025 to perm ideally
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm with call 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks ( perm providers only Locums won't take call)
- Practice consists of 7 physicians and 6 APPs
- Practice in both Inpatient & Outpatient settings seeing 20-25 patients in each setting per day
- Breakdown is 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology
- Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

Locums/1099:
-Hourly Rate, $300/hr, OT: $425/hr
-24hr call coverage: $2350/day (to include 4 hrs gratis)
-Hourly Call Back: $425
W2/Salary:

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- BLS
- DEA
- South Carolina License (will accept providers needing to obtain a state license)
